Ordering Methods

• Order securely online from our order page.

• Order by phone: 1-703-404-4357.  Our office hours are usually 9am-5pm US Eastern time, Mon-Fri.  All other times, you may safely place your order on the machine.  Please clearly state your name, mailing address, email address, type of personal session(s) and credit or debit card information (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), and a phone number where we can reach you. 

• Order by mail:  In the US, checks can be made out to "Rose Rosetree" and mailed to 116 Hillsdale Drive, Sterling, VA  20164.  Outside the US, checks should be in US dollars, drawn from a US bank. 

Order Confirmation

We will confirm your order by email, so please clearly spell out your email address when ordering by phone. 

Setting Up Your Appointment

• We will contact you by email within 48 hours to set up your appointment.  Appointments are usually weekday evenings and weekend afternoons (US Eastern Time). 

• You may also contact Mitch (Rose's appointment manager) directly:  

  • By Email:  Send an email to mitch@rose-rosetree.com with the subject: "Schedule My Session."  Include your name, order number, email address, phone where you can be reached, and your appointment preferences.

Appointments by Phone and In-Person

• Face Reading, Aura Transformation and Mentoring sessions can be in person or by phone.

• Regression Therapy Sessions must be in person. 

The following services require photos: 

• Face Readings by phone.

• Face Readings where you wish to have a compatibility reading with another person -- or you just wish to learn about others in your life.

• Be sure to read About Sending Photos, and follow the directions given there.
