Ordering Methods

• Order securely online from our order page.

• Order by phone: 1-703-404-4357.  Our office hours are usually 9am-5pm US Eastern time, Mon-Fri.  All other times, you may safely place your order on the machine.  Please clearly state your name, mailing address, email address, type of report(s) and credit or debit card information (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), and a phone number where we can reach you. 

• Order by mail:  In the US, checks can be made out to "Rose Rosetree" and mailed to 116 Hillsdale Drive, Sterling, VA  20164.  Outside the US, checks should be in US dollars, drawn from a US bank.

After Placing Your Order

• Mail or email your photos to Rose (see About Sending Photos), along with your name, mailing address and order number.

Receiving Your Order

• Rose generally will complete orders within 2 weeks of receiving the photos.  Turnaround time will be longer if she is out of town on a book tour or giving workshops.  Check her homepage for her travel schedule. 

• To keep these reports cost-effective, Rose will not answer personal questions.  If you wish more information about your report or an opportunity to ask questions, we encourage you to order a personal session.
