GOT TERROR? HEAL IT TODAY by Rose Rosetree May 22, 2002 Chances are, you woke up today with emotions that are not entirely your own. As current events highlight the theme of terrorist attacks, it’s easy to be swept up in that current. Many people feel it as a low-level fear. Personally, I noticed it today more as depression, the hopeless- helpless syndrome of victimization. However you felt it, I’m writing to let you know some practical things that you can do about it. But first, some background. Just like the advertising campaign with the slogan “Got milk?” -- or any propaganda campaign -- messages sent through the airways take on a life of their own. Got terror? Probably you do, to some degree. We’re connected to each other. Although you may quibble about terminology, for instance, whether to call it by Jung’s term, “the collective unconscious,” or adopt my model about empathic connection, the fact remains that nobody on the planet is immune to humanity’s psychic interconnection. Here’s an example. During the Gulf War, my son was an infant. He and his playgroup buddies started acting inexplicably tearful and frightened. My mom-friends and I didn’t discuss current events with our kids, who couldn't even talk yet; nonetheless it was clear to us that they registered the impact. Within three days, I’ve heard, breath re-circulates among every human being alive on the planet. If breath, why not emotions? In the case of current terrorist threats, we’re fighting a psychological war. For your sake, and the sake of your loved ones, you’d be wise to fight back. Should you also feel a patriotic duty to do something meaningful, that’s fine, too. At this point in American history, your patriotic duty coincides with an unprecedented opportunity to do something meaningful--and not just feel-good meaningful but something truly effective. What can you do, then? Psychological war cannot, in my opinion, be won on the level of psychology. Sure, you can choose to ignore scare stories in the media. You can avoid crying wolf to your friends and, in general, comport yourself in a brave and positive manner. That’s not bad for starters. But if, deep within, you’re screaming or sobbing yourself, something more is required. Today’s psychological war is waged with thought forms and coercion. These are forces generated as a result of hatred, forces that operate on the psychic level. The weapons of mass destruction, sent on the psychological level, are here. That’s right, they’re already here. So what are you and I going to do about it? As a spiritual healer for the past 16 years, it is my experience that this kind of astral debris is easily removed, by asking for spiritual help. The following techniques involve calling on your Higher Power. Adapt them as you see fit but, for crying out loud, do it intelligently. Yesterday, I received a call to prayer from a well meaning friend. This prayer implored God to protect us as we struggle our way through “frightening times.” If you’re making contact with the Almighty, remember, you’re not just griping to your girlfriend. God is powerful, a frictionless flow of joy and unlimited intelligence. From a spiritual perspective, no times are frightening. God lives in eternity, the same eternity you can visit during your prayer or meditations. At other moments, yes, you may personally feel fear and ask for help in removing it. That’s a big difference from living in a time or space without God, which would truly be frightening. If you’re tempted to feel terror, rage or related emotions, remember that they would only be justified if God were going away. But there’s no place where we could go, or be sent, that God cannot be found. During moments of fear or pain, we temporarily lose our feeling of connection to God, but that doesn’t mean God has been vanquished any more than a cloudy sky kills the sun. Pray in your own way, and pray intelligently. Beyond that, the following techniques are specifically designed to counter terrorism, rather than — as many well meant prayers may do -- inadvertently adding to it. A few technical points: The healings that follow require that you ask for help by calling on an Ascended Master (like Jesus, Buddha, St. Germain or Krishna) or an Archangel (like Michael, who specializes in removing what doesn’t belong). Believing in these beings is not necessary for them to help you; any one of them will come in a light body when called, provide help with no strings attached, and then leave. Being etheric in their vibration, these beings are far more effective for the healings than spirit guides or personal angels would be, since their vibration is astral. Furthermore, calling on a specific etheric being is far more effective for psychic-level healings than calling on the universal aspect of God, without a physical form. It’s like making a phone call to Heaven. The dial tone always comes up, but you’ll get results faster if you dial a particular number. In the following techniques, I’ll refer to St. Germain. Substitute your favorite choice of Ascended Master or Archangel -- or the name of any high vibration, loving being or deity that brings you inspiration or comfort.
Step
One: How to Disconnect from Toxic Collective Emotions The first step in gaining personal balance is to empathically disconnect from what does not belong to you. This isn’t selfish, because you can go on to help heal. You can do healings every day, several times a day, if you choose. But no healing will work if you’re holding onto coercive patterns related to terrorism. And no effective healing can be done without your connection to spiritual joy. After you read the following words and edit them, according to your own beliefs and needs, speak them aloud. You need speak these words only once and the healing will be activated: I call on St. Germain now to break my psychic ties to all collective thought forms related to terrorism and to all emotions that do not, personally, belong to me. With your help, these psychic ties are now cut, lifted, forgiven, healed, released and dissolved. I go free. Thank you, God, and it is done.
Stop
here and go through your day or night. You’ll feel freer. If desired, you can
go on to do volunteer work with the following two steps of additional healing.
Step
Two: How to Help Heal Toxic Collective Emotions Once you have regained awareness of yourself, without extraneous psychic debris, take a moment to sit and enjoy a few deep breaths. God’s air, remember, is full of the presence of silence, joy, peace and similar qualities. These are always available everywhere, in every moment. When we slow down, breathe and let ourselves just be, without expectation, we have the opportunity to experience the presence of God. Having dipped into That, if you’d like to do some volunteer work, speak words like the following aloud. But, please, only do this second part of the healing if you immediately go on to Step Three, and you’ve just done Step One. Otherwise, you (as well as the people you’d like to help) are better off with your doing nothing. Doctors clean hands before and after going into the operating room. Lightworkers are advised to do the equivalent. St. Germain, please take the emotions I was feeling before, and other related negative emotions belonging to other people. Move them through your light body and transmute them into pure, clean energy. Help us to go free. Breathe deeply while this is going on. Close your eyes. You may feel, see or imagine the emotions going through St. Germain. Allow yourself an inward experience of this, even if part of you worries that you are making it up. You will improve your skill at doing this kind of healing. Over time, it will open you up to clearer experience of techniques like those in my how-to’s, Empowered by Empathy and Aura Reading Through All Your Senses. If
emotions or physical sensations come up for you, consciously give them to St.
Germain to recycle. Use words like, St. Germain, please take this sorrow.
Move it through your light body. You know what to do with it! Let me go free. Disconnect Again from Toxic Collective Emotions After you read the following words and edit them, according to your own beliefs and needs, speak them aloud. You need speak these words only once and the healing will be activated: St.
Germain, please break my psychic ties to all the emotions and collective thought
forms that have just been healed. Also break my ties to the groups of people for
whom these healings have been done. With your help, all
these psychic ties are now cut, lifted, forgiven, healed, released and
dissolved. I go free. Thank you, God, and it is done. Offered in love and service
